We're Here to Help with Any Questions

We've spent a lot of time growing these trees on our farm. If we can keep them alive for years, and they die in your care, that is not something we can be responsible for. We do offer a 1 year establishment guarantee on trees we plant ourselves, however we reserve the right to decline warranty claims if proper tree care requirements were not met.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you wish to cancel your order after paying for it, there is a 5% restocking fee to cover the transaction fees.
